It's my first option in Edinburgh, thank you. Pleasant fairly clean property, it has easy going and knowledgeable staff who was on shift. There is a wide range of brilliant food for breakfast.

Particularly good and magnificent location for our trip in Edinburgh. Next to a bus station, easy to get around. The king room with modern shower, tea making facilities, as for instance.

Quiet accommodation with courteous staff who was on shift. Reasonably spacious unit by sheets of plasterboard.

The location was favourable and stunning - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. There was café Bad Tempered Baker, that we found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. We got great-sized room with views right across the fields.
Wi-Fi was off, made me a little nervous.

My recent stay at Adelphi Hotel was a delightful experience. With a friendly reception and a cheery goodbye, the staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The accommodation provided exactly what I needed for a quiet and comfortable night near my family. I was lucky to enjoy a view overlooking Leith Links, with the stunning Arthur's Seat in the distance. In the morning, I stumbled upon Zhan's Room, where I indulged in a wonderful vegan breakfast, but they also had plenty of options for omnivores and vegetarians. The hotel's convenient location, right by a bus stop that goes straight to the city center, was perfect for my trip. Additionally, the easy 24-hour access and free street parking were a definite plus. The large TV with all the freeview channels was an added bonus to unwind after a busy day.
I can confidently recommend this hotel.

Walk from a bus stop, the location was stunning and lovely, close to visitor attractions. We had lunch at nearby Cutting Chaii, tried their fast food options. Our rooms were budget and spotless here with a recently refurbished bathroom, large television, for example.

Really enjoyed the single room by sheets of plasterboard and the way it was setup. The location close to supermarkets was beautiful.
The location was pretty bad, it's a pitty.

The hotel is fairly clean and has comfy rooms and exceptionally comfortable beds. A special thanks to very very nice staff. Beautiful and lovely location perfect to the tourist spot, the venue is walk from a bus station. There's The Real Pizza Factory within 5 minutes walk or so, greatly enjoyed their menu. It has variety of meals to offer, the food is excellent.

I recently stayed at Adelphi in Leith for a few nights. The ensuite room had a lovely view of Leith Links park. Everything was very clean, including the bathroom, towels, and bed linen. The hot water was readily available and the TV and WiFi worked well. The coffee and tea-making facilities were a nice touch, and the bed was comfortable. I had a peaceful night's sleep in a quiet room.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.
